ANPIS wants to give 28 million euros for the IT platform through which social assistance payments will be made

ANPIS launched in SICAP the tender for the purchase of services for the development and implementation of the IT solution, including the provision of software for the implementation of the National Integrated Social Assistance System – SNIAS.

The program is included in the PNRR, and the value of the contract amounts to 136 million lei, equivalent to 28 million euros.

This money is used to purchase equipment for Data Center equipment, including installation, configuration, purchase of COTS software licenses, SNIAS integration services, installation, configuration, licenses, software development, testing, notes Economedia.

At the same time, according to the contract, the services of the one who will win this contract must also include the training of users in order to use the platform.

9095 users, 1595 employees of ANPIS/AJPIS and 7500 employees of UATs/DGASPC/AJOFM/DSP/IGI will be trained, as well as 90 system administrators – including regional agencies and ANPIS.

The training program refers to city hall employees, as they must collect the data for those in need and upload them into the system to be processed at the center in Bucharest.

The duration of the contract will be 20 months. Bids open on May 13.
