TIMISOARA. The young boxers from LPS Banatul Timisoara dominated the Vinga Belt, a competition held in the town of Arad county.

In addition to athletes from Romania, boxers from Poland, Bulgaria and Hungary participated in the weekend competition. Boxers trained by Ion Mihai, Florin Noje and Constantin Ocneanu climbed the highest step of the podium 12 times.
Here are the athletes who won gold medals:
Yusi Neacsa, Mircea Cristi Radu Mircea, Patric Graure, Natalia Semenicic, Denisa Cioaza, Andrei Toma, Szakal Zsolt, Razvan Rad, Luca Albu, Leonard Graure, Andrea Virag, Alexandru Oprican.
Natalia Semeniciuc is on her second gold medal this beginning of the year, after the one won in February at the Dracula Open international tournament, in the 52 kilogram category. The young athlete also has a 5th place in the European and World Junior Championships.
The results from Arad come only 3 weeks after the boxers from LPS Banatul also obtained important results at the Romanian Cup, held at Drobeta Turnu Severin. Mircea Cristi Radu won the gold medal, a result that earned him selection to the national junior team.
His other three colleagues, Marcus Fogorasi, Antonio Lapadatu and Raul Wogh, finished the competition in fifth place.
