The activity was addressed to all pupils, students, parents and teachers interested in the awareness of the importance of non-formal education in the development of human personality, respectively in the acquisition of teaching / learning strategies specific to this form of education. The seminar was part of the “TopFormalis Club of Friends” Project, the 8th edition, included in the County Educational Activities Calendar of the Bihor County School Inspectorate.

About 25 people from Oradea and Bihor county participated in the activity, having the opportunity to make a valuable exchange of experience with the trainer – prof.dr. Ioana Filipaș (ASTRID Association Oradea).

During the seminar, the trainer alternated theoretical discussions with practical activities, being approached a series of non-formal methods such as: World-Cafe, Storytelling, improvisation, debate, brainstorming or relay. All of these have a strong participatory potential, transforming the didactic process into a much more attractive and effective one. The teaching staff then had the opportunity to reflect on how to apply these methods in the classroom, at the same time proposing solutions for their optimization in order to better adapt to the teaching conditions specific to each school. At the end of the meeting, all participants expressed their delight to have contributed to such an event of academic dress and promised to apply what they learned in their current work with their students.
