Deputy Stelian Ion, the candidate of the United Right Alliance for Constanța City Hall, held a press conference on Wednesday in which he addressed several topics of local public interest.
“There are a few more days and the election campaign will begin. The interest of the people of Constanta is increasing in politics and in their future for this city. We ordered a survey, we contracted to carry out a professional survey, we want to know how the people of Constanta receive things in Constanta. We want to return the city to the people of Constanta. Today it is important to come to the people of Constanta and show the results of the survey. The majority of the people of Constanta are not satisfied with the current mayor (52.9%). We need to vote en masse. I appeal to all the people of Constanta to follow the entire electoral campaign, our professional path, we can make a change for the better. We are the first in the options of the people of Constanta in terms of the Local Council”, said Stelian Ion.
He added that, according to the survey commissioned by USR Constanţa, Vergil Chițac is in first place in the options of the people of Constanta, and in second place, shoulder to shoulder, is Stelian Ion.
“We are in the margin of error almost, shoulder to shoulder with the current mayor, who is capped, there is no way to increase in the next period. Our conclusion is the following, in 2024 we have a huge chance to change things for the better in Constanta, we are shoulder to shoulder with Vergil Chițac. Most of the people of Constanta are dissatisfied, many of them were wrong in 2020, they thought that Vergil Chițac would take care of the city. Vergil Chițac has the best chances, but we are next to him. The only chance to rid Constanța of political interests, from this PSD and PNL gang, is to vote for the ADU Constanța, for the City Hall and the County Council”, said Stelian Ion.
In another matter, he stated that Stelian Ion is the most attacked candidate in this campaign.
“The most attacked candidate in this campaign is me, just like in 2020. I urge people to vote and choose what is best for them. We can give the city back to the people of Constanta!”, said Stelian Ion.
