In the confrontation between UTA and Hermannstadt, Rareș Pop succeeded in a beautiful phase in the 72nd minute, after which he collapsed on the field.

After this moment, Rareș Pop collapsed on the field and needed the intervention of the ambulance to be taken off the field, his colleagues, but also some players from Hermannstadt made a screen to protect him, writes Fanatik.
The whole stadium started chanting his name. The footballer only arrived at the hospital for investigations, returning in the ambulance. It seems that he had a fall in calcium and that he would have felt sick in the previous days.
UTA – Hermannstadt ended 1 – 0.
“Rare is good. OK. Recovered. The doctor took him to the hospital for more investigations. He is a 17-year-old boy who runs a lot. Always present. Super qualities. We have to take care of him. Because of the effort. He ran a lot. I’m glad he recovered. We also recovered”, said Mircea Rednic, coach of the UTA Arad team, after the match, according to prosport.
