The Deva Local Council approved, on Thursday, March 28, 2024the final form of the new criteria for establishing the order of priority in the settlement of housing requests and in the repair of ANL housing under the administration of the Deva Social Assistance Directorate.
The main novelty refers to the situations in which the holder of the housing application carries out his activity at home or telework. In such cases, he must provide proof of the address where he works, in compliance with the provisions of the legislation regulating home work.
The housing application is made only individually and in one’s own name.
The ranking criteria for housing files are established by scoring and take into account the housing and civil situation of the applicants, their state of health, the age of the application, the income, the level of education, but also special housing or social situations.
If several applicants have registered the same score, their tie-breaking is done based on three criteria:
– the housing situation found at the time of the housing allocation; priority will be given to the applicant whose housing situation is or may become serious
– the age of the request; the older request will have priority
– the score given based on social protection criteria (marital status and health status)
Access criteria to ANL housing:
– the holder of the housing application must be of age, up to 35 years old, on the date of submitting the application, and who can receive distribution until reaching the age of 40
– the holder of the housing application and his family members must not own and have not owned a home in ownership, and also must not be tenants in another state-owned home, property of the administrative-territorial unit or the institution in which carries out its activity in the municipality of Deva and its localities.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION regarding housing for young people, intended for rent can be obtained at the numbers of telephone 0737.036.001 and 0755.878.451 (Housing Fund Service – ANL Housing), from Monday to Thursday – between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and Friday – between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Currently, the Deva Social Assistance Department manages a total of 137 ANL homes, located in three buildings.
