The woman filed a complaint in February 2024 for sexual assault, sexual harassment and sexist abuse.

The investigations were entrusted to the 3rd district of the judicial police of Paris. The facts date from September 2021 and allegedly took place in a private mansion in Paris.

According to the account given by the actress to the Mediapart newspaper, the actor allegedly made a series of obscene remarks during the filming, and later “grabbed her brutally” and “groped her waist, abdomen, up to her breasts”.

The other complaint was made by a former on-set nurse who accused Gérard Depardieu of sexual assault in 2014.

The actor has also been accused since 2020 of rape and sexual assault on a young actress, Charlotte Arnould.

Actress Hélène Darras also filed a complaint against him for sexual assault during filming in 2007, but this was dismissed by the Paris Public Prosecutor’s Office on grounds of statute of limitations.
