The UTA Arad club announced, after Rareş Pop collapsed on the field during the match with Hermannstadt, that the footballer is feeling better.

“Rareş Pop is feeling better and thanks you for all your support and support”, UTA noted on Facebook.

Rares Pop was kicked at the goal in the 71st minute and, in action, he was hit in the chest by an opposing player. Pop stood for a few moments, looking like he was breathing heavily, then collapsed to the ground. The match was interrupted and the doctors entered the field.

The players from UTA Arad made a screen for the spectators and the video cameras, and the ambulance was also brought to the lawn.

After a few minutes, Rares Pop was put on a stretcher and put in an ambulance to be taken to the hospital. The match resumed in the 77th minute.
