The investigation showed that, on March 26, the man allegedly killed a neighbor’s dog with intent, without right, by hanging.
At the same time, the investigations showed that, during the same day, at the request of a 28-year-old local woman, investigated by the police in the same case, for committing the crime of inciting the killing of animals with intent, without the right, the man would have been killed with intention, without right, also by hanging, two other dogs that belonged to that woman.
Also today, the police will present the 55-year-old man to the Prosecutor’s Office next to the Marghita Court, in order to order legal measures.
