The businessman Mohammad Murad is the candidate of the Alliance for the Union of Romanians for the head of the Constanţa County Council (CJ), announced on Saturday the leader of the political formation, George Simion, at the meeting during which the AUR candidates from the county were presented for the local elections on June 9, reports Agerpres.
“It’s time to thank a great man for Romania, today, our regional coordinator and president of AUR businessmen, Mr. Mohammad Murad, (…) I thank him because, although born elsewhere, he is a Romanian patriot, proven by facts. (…) For the last 30 years, we lived in darkness and mold at the Amphitheater – Panoramic – Belvedere complex, and our brother Mohamad turned it into GOLD, restored its former shine. (…) If Mohammad did for his own family, for the community and for his own business, maybe for the Constanta community. AUR’s proposal for the presidency of the Constanta County Council is Mr. Mohammad Murad. We have an enormous chance this year and we must take advantage of it because we don’t have another, it’s now or never. (…) I am asking you, Mohammad, that from Corbu to Limanu you restore the brilliance of the Romanian coast”, said George Simion.
The AUR candidate for the presidency of the Constanţa CJ said that he is a simple “soldier” of the party.
“I didn’t know, but I said one thing (…) that I am a simple soldier of you and the AUR party and any decision must be taken from above. I declare myself a soldier without uniform, like you, because a fight is needed. (…) We must all fight for justice, not for lies, for serious people, not for people who tell ten lies out of five words (…) I am convinced that we have solutions”, Mohammad Murad said.
George Simion told the party members and sympathizers present at the meeting organized at the House of Culture in Constanţa that PSD and PNL are afraid of AUR.
“You know what I felt everywhere I went? They are afraid of AUR, they are so afraid that they paralyzed and violated the red line, they quickly organized these illegal, unconstitutional, merged elections. They gave the merger order three days before the start of the electoral process”, the AUR leader claimed.
The candidacy for Constanţa City Hall of Ovidiu Cupsa, former director of the Romanian Center for the Training and Improvement of Naval Transport Personnel (CERONAV), was announced at the end of January, during an event organized by AUR in the tourist port of Tomis.
