As a result of local expansion plans and the opening of new restaurants, Premier Restaurants Romania, the operator of McDonald’s restaurants in Romania, exceeded the threshold of 6,000 employees, starting in February 2024.

The structure of the McDonald’s team consists of 60% women and 40% men, a ratio that is reflected in the headquarters, in the restaurant team, but also at the top management level of the company.
Moreover, the average age in the team is 31 years, and 45% of employees are under 25 years old, a fact that reinforces McDonald’s commitment in Romania to support and encourage young people at the beginning of their careers, in a dynamic environment .
