Advancements in rank at the Tulcea Gendarmerie, on Romanian Gendarmerie Day

• Today, April 03, the Romanian Gendarmerie celebrates 174 years since the Ruler of Moldova, Grigore Alexandru Ghica, signed the act of establishment of the Gendarmerie: Legislation for the reform of the Corps of Servants in the Gendarmerie, on which occasion dedicated activities were organized at the level of the Tulcea County Gendarmerie Inspectorate Arms Day.

During a festive meeting, the orders for promotion to the next military rank were presented, before the expiration of the minimum internship for six gendarmes, respectively two officers and four non-commissioned officers who meet the legal conditions and who have very good results in the activity.

“Diplomas of merit were also awarded to military personnel who stood out in their professional activity through the exemplary performance of their duties,” the Tulceni gendarmes report.

According to the State of military cadres, “the military rank is a right of the holder and represents social recognition of the quality of a military cadre”.

“Happy birthday to all the gendarmes in the country and those who represent us in international missions! Happy birthday to the Romanian Gendarmerie!”
