The Department of Social Assistance Deva informs the tenants of social housing and dormitory rooms, ANL housing and housing built from state funds that the LAST operational DAY of the month for paying rents, installments and common taxes at the institution’s cashier is Monday, April 29, 2024.
Payments can be made in cash or by card, between hours 8:30 – 11.00 and 12:30 – 15:00.
On the last working day of the month (Tuesday, April 30, 2024), the cashier only performs month closing operations and the statement of receivables and debits for the buildings in the housing stock owned by the Municipality of Deva.
The DAS Deva cash desk will resume its usual schedule of payments and collections starting from Tuesday, May 7, 2024, considering the three days of public holidays in which no work is done, according to the Labor Code (May 1, May 3 and May 6, 2024), as well as May 2, 2024, established as a day off according to Government Decision no. 1307/2023.
TO REMEMBER! Non-payment of payment obligations by the due date attracts late penalties, according to rental or sale-purchase contracts with payment in installments of housing.
