Since public lighting no longer works on this street, the company that carries out the work of installing the lighting poles in the area has started digging ditches to insert the new poles. Dorel hit the gas pipe, broke the electricity supply cable to the block and left the tenants without electricity. In the meantime, the power cable was repaired by the electricians, but the people who live in the Luciana Blaga block no. 7 suffered damage.

Dorel first hit the gas pipe, which luckily didn’t crack, just bent. The second time for good he hit the power supply. Electrica came and repaired the damage, now we have electricity, but no power plant is working anymore. The television doesn’t work either. And in many apartments, even the refrigerators no longer work. Work is being done here for the public lighting, to put a new pole. I proposed to them to put the pole in front of my window, better that way than to crack my balcony,” said one of the tenants affected by Dorel’s work.

Who is responsible for this act done by Dorel, considering that people’s appliances and power plants are no longer working, being broken.

After he blundered, he left his tools in the street and left.
