A new type of document was operationalized by the Cluj County Council in the digital application “The One Stop Shop” (https://public.cluj.archi/). Is about the opinion of the sanitation operator who it can be requested based on the urban planning certificate and is necessary in the context of the start of construction and/or demolition works, in order to pick up the resulting waste.
In order to submit the application for the issuance of the Sanitation Operator’s Notice, the applicant will have to conclude, previously, a contract for the provision of services. Within it, the applicant will have to indicate the estimated amount, in cubic meters, of waste produced and to be collected. As for the notice, it is paid exclusively online.
We remind you that this new facility is added to the 40 documents already digitized by the County Council, perfectly valid from a legal point of view. Thus, we are talking about 15 categories of urban documents, including urban planning certificates (CU) and construction authorizations (AC), 5 documents required in the case of carrying out works in the vicinity or involving the use of county roads, 4 applications for obtaining financing non-refundable from the Cluj County Council, 2 applications in the field of tourism, 11 categories of documents issued by ISU Cluj, respectively 3 types of documents issued by Compania de Apa Aries SA SA
