A former mayor from Gorj County has definitively escaped the measure of judicial control. Vasile Vlăduleanu, the former mayor of the commune of Bâlteni, was sent to court for rigging a competition: “…Revoke the measure of judicial control instituted against the defendant VV Pursuant to art. 275 para. 3 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the legal costs of this procedural framework remain the responsibility of the state.
