“On 27.03.2024, the case prosecutor from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Arad District Court submitted to the judge of rights and freedoms from the Arad District Court a proposal for preventive arrest for a duration of 30 days regarding two minor defendants MRŞ and MDN, aged 16 and 17 respectively, both investigated for committing the crime of hitting or other violence and disturbing public order and peace”, announced on Wednesday, the prosecutors of the District Court attached to the Arad District Court.

The two students hit their colleague with their fists and feet

The prosecutors state that, on Tuesday morning, at around 08:17, in the Boul Roşu area of ​​the municipality of Arad, the two minor defendants punched and later kicked a colleague in the face and body area, aggression that caused injuries traumatic events quantified by 10-15 days of medical care.

“In both criminal files, the investigations continue in order to clarify all the factual circumstances and to establish the criminal liability”, the prosecutors also stated. The two teenagers were previously detained by the police.
