On Thursday, March 28, the Sibiu State Philharmonic puts on sale the ticket packages for the third quarter of the 2023/2024 “Henry Selbing” Season, which provides access to eleven musical events, between April 4 and June 13.

“Among the attractions of the next quarter of the season are the symphonic concert on April 4, when cellist Marc Coppey returns in a double role, as conductor and soloist; then, on April 18, we will have the violinist Valentin Şerban as our guest in a concert led by Tiberiu Soare; on May 9, we celebrate Europe Day with an opera performance; on May 24, again Valentin Șerban arrives in Sibiu for a chamber recital, this time together with the pianist Mihai Diaconescu; Alessandro Crudele will conduct a symphonic concert dedicated to Italy Day, on June 6; and on June 13, the charming Anna Țifu returns to the Thalia Hall stage. All this and many more surprises in the coming weeks for music lovers. Thank you for being with us!”, said conductor Cristian Lupeș, manager of the Sibiu State Philharmonic.

As a token of appreciation, audience members who had tickets for the canceled March 14th concert will receive free admission to the symphony concert on Thursday, April 4th.

The price of a package is 430 lei (50% discount for pensioners, students, pupils), respectively 390 lei for renewal, which represents a discount of at least 200 lei compared to the purchase of individual tickets.

The box office of the Sibiu State Philharmonic is open from Monday to Thursday, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Currently, only cash payments are accepted. More information by phone 0735566486 or e-mail [email protected].
