Electrica, the large energy group in Romania that supports the activity of more than 3 million Romanians by supplying electricity and natural gas, has decided to publish a series of last-minute official information for Romanian customers. Many Romanians wonder what kind of information is included on the Electrica invoices constantly issued, and this is because within them there is a variety of information that not everyone understands so easily.

Electrica explains on its website that the invoices issued to customers in Romania do not include only the costs for the consumption of electricity, to which the value of the green certificates is also added. This is a legal obligation that Electrica has when it comes to issuing invoices for customers throughout Romania, and this is because the authorities in our country impose a series of obligations for the way these invoices are created.

Electrica adds, of course, including VAT to the prices it charges customers in Romania for the supply of electricity and natural gas, and if other taxes and fees are imposed in the future, they will also be included. Electrica explains that everything it charges in addition to the actual price of electricity and natural gas is in accordance with the legislation in force, so it should not be anything other than what any other company charges.
