“I do not believe”, the journalist Horia Ivanovici replied calmly. “Yes, because I’m a bit unfaithful. But I think he will invite me. This year will end. The paintings in gold are already starting”says Dragomir. “He said here, on the show, that he will finish it in two years”specifies Horia Ivanovici.

Gigi’s Church, gilded spire and bells from Russia

Faithful from the outside, Gigi Becali wanted to make a church completely and completely special. And Dumitru Dragomir claims that he succeeded in this. The praises he brings to the landowner from Pipera, it seems, are even greater when, as journalist Horia Ivanovici suggested, the value of the area will increase with the completion of the religious place.

“He also brought the bells from Russia. They will sing according to the computer. It’s a miracle, what else? I’m glad I have this neighborhood next to this church. At 4-500 meters”stated Dumitru Dragomir, delighted that, in a way, the value of the buildings he owns will increase.

According to the information published so far, Gigi Becali’s cathedral will exceed 10 million euros as an investment. Besides the church, the financier FCSB will also make a hotel where the priests who will come to the area when invited by Gigi will live.

Moreover, the church paintings will be done by artists who will use the most precious paints. Of course, there will be gold leaf. It also appears that the church will have 13 bells, all of which, as Dragomir stated, were brought from Russia.

Besides, Gigi Becali is often on the construction site where the church is being built. There, he gets involved in all things construction, giving directions to workers and site foremen. The work will most likely be ready sometime next year.
