A real estate ad from Braşov became the subject of jokes on the internet. A resident of Brasov is selling his wooden garage for an amazing price, but he says he receives many offers.
The garage in question is located in a top real estate area of the city. It is built of wood, in the courtyard of a villa, and is surrounded by blocks.
Many ironic comments appeared on the sale ad posted online. “Is the car included in the price?”
“I say don’t give it below 3,000 euros per square meter.”
“I want three too, please.”
Marian, the owner of the garage, decided the sale price after consulting with a real estate agent, writes Observator. The man says his phone is ringing non-stop.
“I am in discussions with two people and someone else from Timişoara wants me who made me an even better offer: a 10-year lease with the rent paid in advance”, declares the owner of the garage.
The property is listed, has 22 square meters and can be expanded.
Marian Panait is asking 25,000 euros for his 22 square meter garage, built of wood.
