For philosophy enthusiasts, the launch of the book “The fight with demons” by Stefan Zweig, scheduled from 12:00, will be of great interest.
The author analyzes the psyche and life of important personalities of German literature, who faced mental illness: Friedrich Hölderlin, Heinrich von Kleist and Friedrich Nietzsche.
A highly anticipated event is the launch, from 3:00 p.m., of two volumes, “Social and artistic criticism of Romanian capitalism” and “What’s next after neoliberalism?”.
The event is organized by Babes-Bolyai University. The books critically analyze the capitalist transformations in Romania.
The following are invited to speak: Miki Braniște, Sorin Gog, Oana Mateescu, Irina Culic, Ciprian Bogdan and Adrian Dohotaru.
The next stop of the book fair will be in Oradea, between May 15 and 19, in Piaţa Unirii.
