Wave of changes in Constanta nurseries. Looking for pers

--
For those not involved in the education system, it may seem strange to learn that preparations for the upcoming school year 2024-2025 are in full swing, being at the stage of searching for chairs. One of the most important moments in the calendar occurred on Monday, April 29, with the publication, by the Constanța County School Inspectorate, of the list of vacant and reserved, complete and incomplete positions for the National Competition for the occupation of teaching positions.

At the county level, as informed by IȘJ Constanța, 2,786 teaching positions are available for occupation for an indefinite or determined period. Of these, 390 teaching positions/vacant chairs are for employment for an indefinite period (310 in urban areas and 80 in rural areas).

The most vacancies for employment for an indefinite period are in the following disciplines: pre-school education (49 positions), preschool education (63 positions), primary education (63 positions), physical education and sports, respectively specialized sports training (58 of positions), teacher – school counselor (31 positions).

Also, there are 2,396 vacant/reserved teaching positions/chairs for fixed-term employment.

Chairs in great demand

One thing is certain, all the candidates want a job with viability for at least four years in the city of Constanța, and currently they are looking for, among others, a chemistry teacher at the “Traian” Theoretical High School, “Tomis” Technological High School, a professor of physical education at Secondary School no. 37 and at Secondary School no. 16 “Marin Ionescu Dobrogianu” and “Lucian Blaga” Theoretical High School, educators at “Perluțele Mării” kindergartens, no. 10, “Magic Rainbow”, Zubeyde Hanim”, physics teacher at “Decebal” Theoretical High School and at School no. 43 “Ferdinand”, computer science teacher at “Miron Costin”, “Gheorghe Duca” high schools, Palatul Copiilor, English teacher at “Ovidius” High School, “Lucian Blaga” High School, etc.

Our attention was drawn to the numerous positions of educator/teacher for early education declared vacant at the Kindergarten with Extended Program “World of Stories” in Constanța, a fact that is explained by the transition of the nursery structure under the Constanța City Hall, which employed nurses with secondary education, to the recruitment of staff with a degree in education.
