The airline flydubai opens an office in the Eminescu Offices building in the center of Bucharest, a transaction brokered by the real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Flydubai, headquartered in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), was founded in 2008 and has been operating the Bucharest – Dubai air route since 2012.

The Eminescu Offices office building is developed by the Akcent Development company, with a leasable area of ​​7,000 square meters distributed on the ground floor and seven above-ground floors. The underground parking has 81 spaces, being also equipped with facilities for bicycles.
