After the land was prepared, the machine was used for sowing, impressing the farm technicians with the efficiency and precision with which it executed the agricultural work.

“The most powerful agricultural machine in the world arrived at the Terracult farm in Horia. The Nexat has 1,100 horsepower and this year it is being tested on 2,000 hectares out of the 7,000 of the Terracult company. It can be used for all agricultural work, from the preparation of agricultural land and sown, until harvesting. The Arada farm has invested over 30 million euros in the last 15 years”, is the message of Gheorghe Seculici, the president of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Arad county, according to Adevărul.ro.

The Horia farm works 7,000 hectares in the wasteland of Arad and invests every year in new agricultural technologies and the most modern equipment.

“The machine’s working width is 14 meters and it is a completely autonomous piece of equipment. The machine was presented in Hannover, at the agricultural machinery fair, where it received the gold medal for innovation.

I can tell you that it has a reasonable price, but for us the yield is important, how efficient it is and how much it can replace the investment and expenses of other agricultural machines”, said Georg Fleischhacker, Administrator of Terracult.

In recent years, the farm in Arad has expanded its range of activities, focusing on processing and becoming an important supplier of non-genetically modified animal feed for the livestock industry.

According to agrointel.ro, starting in 2018, they initiated an investment in a new oil processing line. The investment totaled 2.2 million euros and allowed the farm to finally process 9,000 tons of raw material per year.
