According to witnesses, the man, around 30 years old, seemed drugged because those who were present say that he actually had a seizure.
The IPJ Constanța representatives specified that, in this case, investigations are being carried out for the destruction, and the man involved in the scandal was transported to the hospital.
“On the 5th of May, around 09:15, police officers from the Constanța Municipal Police – Mamaia Police Station were alerted to the fact that, in the station of a public transport, there is a person causing a scandal.
The police officers dispatched to the scene identified a man who allegedly caused damage to a bus by breaking its wiper. The person had an injury in the head area and was transported by a medical team to the hospital,” reads the IPJ Constanța press release.
