In the images captured by the surveillance cameras, it can be seen how a man gets up from the bench, approaches a teenager who was sitting at the edge of the platform and pushes him under the train, under the horrified gaze of the people around.

Miraculously, the boy escaped with minor injuries to his thigh and arm. According to the Mash Telegram channel, the teenager was nevertheless admitted to the hospital.

According to the police, the aggressor’s name is Vladimir Kizik, he is 61 years old and he is a painter-plasterer by profession, a specialist in the processing of Venetian furniture. In 2021 he went into depression after running out of orders. A month ago, he tried to strangle his wife. The man was taken to the Alexeev psychiatric hospital and forcibly admitted. He was released from the medical facility just on Thursday, hours before the shocking incident.

“According to the investigation, a man, while on the platform, pushed a 15-year-old boy onto the railway tracks for no reason. The young man was not injured. It was preliminarily established that the suspect requested psychiatric help at the hospital several times,” a report states.

The attacker was detained, and the law enforcement officers opened a criminal case for attempted murder.
