From the first information, a convertible car overturned and a young man of only 21 years lost his life as a result of the impact.
Medical teams as well as teams from the Constanța Traffic Police were sent to the scene of the accident to accurately establish the causes and circumstances in which the event took place.

It was about a road accident, an overturned car. The event resulted in an unconscious victim on DJ 226, in the town of Sinoe. Midia Station intervened on the scene with 1 ASAS, SMURD B Midia and SMURD C Palas.
The victim (male, aged 21) was declared dead at the scene.

On April 28 this year, around 5:15 a.m., police officers from the Road Safety Service were alerted to the fact that a road accident occurred on DJ 226, in the village of Sinoie.
The police officers sent to the scene found that a 21-year-old man was driving a car, lost control of the direction and collided with a pole, and the vehicle overturned.
As a result of the road accident, the driver died.
In the case, a criminal investigation file was drawn up for the crime of manslaughter.
