Employment at Prahova Ambulance. The positions put out to competition

The Prahova County Ambulance Service is currently organizing a competition to fill several vacancies.

Vacancies:

• 1 (one) position of Autosanitary Driver I – Department of emergency consultations and unassisted medical transport – Ploiesti Central Station;
• 1 (one) position of Autosanitary Driver I – Department of emergency consultations and assisted medical transport – Ploiesti Central Station;
• 1 (one) position of Autosanitary Driver I – Department of emergency consultations and assisted medical transport – Valea Doftanei Substation;
• 1 (one) position of Autosanitary Driver I – Department of emergency consultations and assisted medical transport – Substation Comarnic.

Hiring is done for an indefinite period

Calendar:

• Deadline for submitting files – 15.04.2024, 12:30 p.m.;
• Selection of registration files on 17.04.2024,
• Written test on 23.04.2024, 10:00 a.m
• The interview on 26.04.2024, at 09:00

Specific conditions required in order to participate in the contest and occupy the contractual position of Autosanitary Driver I:

• baccalaureate diploma or high school diploma;
• driving license for a professional driver valid for vehicles in categories B and C;
• 6 years of experience as a professional driver (proven on a work card or similar, assigned to large tonnage vehicles, according to category C driver’s license) or 3 years of experience as an Autosanitary Driver II;
• graduation diploma of the paramedic course according to the order of the Minister of Health regarding the establishment of the Ambulance School within the Rescue Station of the Municipality of Bucharest, currently the Bucharest-Ilfov Ambulance Service, as well as in other county ambulance services accredited by order of the Minister of Health;

In order to be recruited, candidates will submit a file that will contain the following documents, in accordance with the provisions of art. 35 of HG 1336/2022, at the headquarters of the Prahova County Ambulance Service:

a) competition registration form, according to the model provided in the annexes;

b) personal data processing agreement, according to the model provided in the annexes;

c) copy of the identity document or any other document certifying the identity, according to the law, within the validity period;

d) copy of the marriage certificate or other document through which the name change was made, as the case may be;

e) copy of the driver’s license on both sides;

f) copy of the certificate of public road transport of persons or goods;

g) copy of the paramedic course graduation diploma;

h) copies of documents certifying the level of studies and other documents certifying the completion of specializations, as well as copies of documents certifying the fulfillment of the specific conditions of the position requested by the public authority or institution;

i) the copy of the work card, of the certificate issued by the employer for the period of work, which certifies the seniority in work and the specialty of the studies requested for the occupation of the position. The indicative model of the certificate certifying seniority is provided in the annexes;

j) criminal record certificate or, as the case may be, the extract from the criminal record;

k) driver’s license – issued for at least three years; are rejected files with driving records that have penalties for serious violations of traffic laws, such as, but not limited to the following:

• driving a vehicle under the influence of alcoholic beverages or other substances prohibited by law;
• serious road accidents resulting in personal injuries;
• any other serious violation, sanctioned by traffic legislation as a crime;
• more than 5 penalties for exceeding the legal speed limit;
• more than 5 penalties for not wearing a seat belt;

l) medical certificate certifying the appropriate state of health, issued by the candidate’s family doctor or by the authorized health units no more than 6 months before the competition;

m) the certificate of behavioral integrity from which it appears that no crimes have been committed under art. 1 paragraph (2) from Law no. 118/2019 regarding the automated national register regarding persons who have committed sexual crimes, exploitation of certain persons or against minors, as well as for the completion of Law no. 76/2008 on the organization and operation of the National Judicial Genetic Data System, with subsequent amendments, for candidates registered for positions within the education, health or social protection system, as well as any public or private entity whose activity involves direct contact with children, elderly persons, persons with disabilities or other categories of vulnerable persons or which involves the physical examination or psychological evaluation of a person;

n) psychological examination;

o) copy of the individual professional performance evaluation sheet or, as the case may be, a recommendation from the last workplace;

p) documents showing the fulfillment of the specific conditions for participation in the contest;

q) curriculum vitae, common European model;

The competition participation fee is 30 lei/participant. Candidates deposit this amount at the unit’s cashier, after checking the documents submitted to the enrollment file.
