This morning, the Local Police of Bistrița municipality ordered the removal from the public domain of three 7-meter billboards with the PSD candidate for Bistrița City Hall, Gabriel Lazany. One of them was located in the direction in front of the Emergency County Clinical Hospital, another in the Lama area, and the third near the Kaufland supermarket parking lot on Independence Street.

According to the institution, they were placed without the necessary permits. In an information published on the institution’s Facebook page, it is stated that the panels were not fixed properly and did not have minimum security elements in case of intensification of the wind:

“The bodies were handmade, not properly fixed and without minimum security elements in case of wind intensifications. The orange code, announced for today by the National Meteorological Administration, hastened the municipality’s decision to order the removal of these bodies that may represent a risk of serious accidents. On the occasion of the movement of the local police in the identified areas, it was found the existence of a number of 3 display bodies with a height of approximately 7 meters, which, in addition to blocking the visibility of traffic participants in the intersections, can represent a danger in the event of gusts of wind. We also want to send a message to all those who consider it optional to comply with the legislation regarding the placement of fixtures and display panels that we will not hesitate to use all the levers provided by the legal framework to prevent such dangers.” informs the Local Police of Bistrița municipality.
