Several images taken with the drone captured the Saharan dust cloud over Cluj. During this period, the air is loaded with dust particles of Saharan origin, and the atmosphere feels charged.
We are not getting rid of the Saharan dust
Saharan dust will remain over Romania on Monday and Tuesday, and dust deposits will be observed in the west, north and center, where rain is forecast.
“At the end of March, the predominantly southwesterly circulation favored the penetration of an air mass loaded with dust particles of Saharan origin over Romania.
Between April 1, 10:00 a.m. and April 2, 10:00 p.m., dust particles will be maintained over the territory of Romania, and dust deposits will be observed starting from the night of Monday to Tuesday, in the west, north and center, where rains are forecast”, the statement of the National Meteorological Administration (ANM) states.
