Starting from yesterday and from today respectively (March 28, 29) the low cost airline operator Wizz Air has decided to temporarily suspend flights to and from Dortmund, respectively Memmingen – Munich Germany.
Following this decision, the air traffic at Târgu Mureş airport will be halved, leaving only the Târgu Mureş-London (Luton) and Târgu Mureş – Budapest flights to be operated. It is true, the company has decided to increase the operating frequency of the London (Luton) destination from 2 to 3 flights per week. It will be possible to fly to the UK capital every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The air operator has not officially communicated the reasons for these suspensions of the courses to Germany.
We remind you that as of Sunday, March 31, 2024, Romania enters the air and maritime Schengen area, and citizens traveling in this area will no longer pass through border control.
