PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE UPDATE OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF THE COUNTY TERRITORY (PATJ) BRAŞOV
BRASOV COUNTY COUNCIL makes known to the public the completion of the preparation of the preliminary form (STAGE III) of the documentation “UPDATE PATJ Braşov” which includes:
– Elaboration of the 3rd part of PATJ Brasov – The County’s Territorial Development Strategy and the Program of Measures with the establishment of responsibilities for implementation;
– Elaboration of the 4th part of PATJ Brasov – Action plan for the implementation of the provisions of the Brasov County Territorial Development Plan – Territorial public policies; Programs and projects
These documents can be consulted on the website of the Braşov County Council, https://cjbrasov.ro/ in the “Announcements of public interest” section and on the notice board of the institution (Mun. Braşov, B-dul Eroilor, no. 5, ground floor) .
THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO SEND PROPOSALS AND OBSERVATIONS regarding the development of the preliminary form of the documentation “UPDATE PATJ Braşov” at the headquarters of the Braşov County Council, B-dul Eroilor, no. 5, Registration, schedule: Monday – Thursday between 8:00-16:30 and Friday between 8:00-14:00, or online at the e-mail addresses: [email protected] [email protected], until 25.04.2024.
The public interested in participating in the public debate set for 10.04.2024 is invited to announce their intention to participate by 07.04.2024, to the e-mail address [email protected]

In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 52/2003 on decision-making transparency in local public administration, republished, Brasov County Council brings to public knowledge the following draft normative act: The draft decision regarding the Regulation for the issuance and use of free passage permits for the movement of vehicles on County Roads in Brasov County.
Public consultation procedure: 30 working days from the date of posting.
The draft normative act, mentioned above, with the basic documentation, can be consulted:
– on the website of the Braşov County Council: http://cjbrasov.ro;
– at the headquarters of the Brasov County Council in the Municipality of Brasov, Bd. Eroilor no. 5.
The draft normative act can be obtained in copy, on the basis of a request submitted to
Department of Information, Public Relations and ATOP Secretariat, Bd. Heroilor no. 5, room 10.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 7 paragraph (4) of Law no. 52/2003 on decision-making transparency in local public administration, republished, until April 11, 2024, written proposals, suggestions, opinions with recommendation value regarding the draft normative act above can be sent.
