Deputy Ştefan Stoica, president of PNL Dolj, stated: “Today I submitted the candidacy for the position of mayor of the Municipality of Craiova in the person of Mr. Nicolae Giugea and the candidacy for the position of president of the Dolj County Council in the person of Mr. Nicusor Roşca. We come before you with two experienced colleagues, two people who believe in change for the better both at the level of the municipality of Craiova and at the level of Dolj county.
