Scandal at the Technological High School “IC Petrescu” Stâlpeni!

The police were alerted by a teacher regarding a conflict situation in the educational unit.

Involved were relatives of a student and a classmate of the student in question.

As a result of the aspects found, they applied 4 contraventional sanctions, the total value of which is 5,000 lei.

The persons involved in the conflict situation were a 33-year-old woman, accompanied by a 38-year-old man, to whom the 17-year-old minor facilitated access to the educational unit, during the lesson, without requesting prior consent high school representatives for their access.

The 33-year-old woman and the 38-year-old man had discussions with the director of the educational unit and the class teacher.

During this time, misunderstandings arose between the 38-year-old man and a 19-year-old classmate of the minor.

Given that the man and the young man in question insulted each other and were aggressive towards each other, the intervention of the police was requested through the Single Emergency Call System 112.

“After settling the conflict and carrying out checks, the policemen from the Stâlpeni Rural Police Department, who intervened at the event, applied four contraventional sanctions, as follows:

– a fine of 1,500 lei, according to Law 61/1991R, as a result of violating the access rules in the educational unit, applied to the 33-year-old woman;

– two sanctions with a fine, in the amount of 1,500 lei and 1,000 lei, respectively, both according to Law 61/1991R, as a result of the violation of the access rules in the educational unit, respectively the provocation of scandal, applied to the 38-year-old man ;

– a fine of 1,000 lei, according to Law 61/1991R, as a result of actual participation in the scandal, applied to the 19-year-old student.

At the same time, the police officers processed the provisions of Law 61/1991R and the Criminal Code, regarding crimes against the person, patrimony or facts that affect the norms of social coexistence, to those involved, being warned to stop any conflict and resolve any disagreements peacefully and legal, through teaching staff or other qualified institutions.

Also, the representatives of the educational unit were requested to review and undertake the necessary measures regarding access control within the premises of the educational unit, as well as the disposition of the other legal measures provided by the Internal Order Regulation of the educational unit.

Police officers periodically carry out activities to prevent acts of violence associated with the school environment, this being a constant in recent years. In this context, we mention that the police carried out the last preventive activity at the Technological High School “IC Petrescu” Stâlpeni on the 19th of March this year, on which occasion they had a meeting with the members of the Action Group whose aim is to maintain the safety climate in the unit education,” the Argeș Police transmits.
