Husi City Hall, supported by PSD councilors, sells a 3-room apartment at the price of a studio apartment, for approximately 26 thousand euros

A new controversy is shaking the local political scene in Husi, following an incredible decision taken by the City Hall led by Ioan Ciupilan and strongly supported by the councilors of the Social Democratic Party (PSD). During the City Council meeting yesterday, March 28, the PSD councilors voted unanimously in favor of a draft decision that shocked the local community.

According to this project, a spacious 4-room apartment, converted into 3, located on Stefan Cel Mare street and built around 1989, with an area of ​​approximately 114 square meters, was sold at a price of nothing, practically the value of a studios. Moreover, the PSD councilors were disturbed by the fact that a colleague from another party dared to request a more appropriate assessment and a higher amount for this property.

This unanimous support from the PSD councilors for such a controversial project and apparently unfavorable to public interests only fuels the speculation about the real reasons behind this decision. Their apparent lack of concern for transparency and administrative common sense is alarming and calls into question their political integrity and ethics.

Faced with this scandalous situation, citizens have every right to ask questions and demand clear explanations from the local authorities. It is essential that these actions are seriously investigated and that those responsible are brought to justice. The Husi deserves fair and responsible administration, and citizens must be assured that their interests are protected and that public goods are managed in a transparent and fair manner.

The sale amount produced by the town hall is approximately 26 thousand euros, while the amount proposed by the councilors was approximately 36 thousand euros.
