Today, warning STRIKE at AFIR, 03

Today, warning STRIKE, the National Trade Union Bloc informs that the employees of AFIR – the Agency for the Financing of Rural Investments, members of the European Workers’ Union, affiliated with the BNS through the National Federation of Workers, are carrying out a warning STRIKE today.

The Japanese strike will not affect the working hours of the female employees and will not disrupt the current activity.

All AFIR employees are invited to show solidarity with our members’ protest by wearing a banderola on their hand!

Reasons for the protest:

• The individual employment contract does not include all incomes of a salary nature that the employees receive with an impact on the allowance for rest leave and pension (at this date);

• Uncertain, reduced, discriminatory salary income for employees directly involved in the implementation of projects from European funds;

• The erroneous calculation and granting of salary rights repeatedly;

• Unfair distribution of service tasks;

• Harassment at the workplace, in the forms presented in the specialized literature;

• Awarding qualifications to the professional evaluation that do not agree with reality;

• Lack of a valid collective labor contract;

• Lack of normal and safe working conditions, aspects noted by the Territorial Labor Inspectorate (in certain offices);

• Defective management, political promotions, occupying management positions through repeated, long-term delegations;

Urgent claims:

• Solving through dialogue the situations that triggered the Japanese strike;

• The immediate termination of the delegation for General Director George Chiriţă;

• Emergency auditing of the activity of the Economic Department, the Legal Department and the Professional Performance Management and Recruitment Department, especially the activity of the directors and the management style practiced.
