The former winner of the “MasterChef Romania” show specialized in reiki and ionized alkaline water therapy. She is preparing to leave for a camp and will return in September to continue her activities. “I am fine now. In the next period I will organize camps for those who want to discover themselves and go to the Danube Delta and Mehedinți for that. The camps will be for relaxation and meditation. At the moment, I don’t know the exact dates of the activity, but I will announce this week on the Facebook page, because now we are putting everything into practice. I will stay in this camp until September.
The program will include meditation courses, black fasting with water or a special diet for detoxification, hiking, initiations, yoga, sound healing with Tibetan bowls and ice baths. The camp that will take place in the next period will be organized together with other therapists, but each with his own specialty. I currently do meditation, reiki and water therapy. Aida Parascan went through terrible times last year
In May 2023, Aida Parascan went through nightmare moments! The former MasterChef winner was in a friend’s car when the tragic accident happened. Aida was in the right seat, and the driver allegedly tried to pull to the right to make room for another vehicle to overtake her.
The car left the roadway, hit a curb on the side of the road and overturned several times in the field. The accident happened near the entrance to the municipality of Buzău, coming from Ploiești. Aida Parascan and her friend were lucky to escape with only a few minor injuries.
“After the accident, I had a trauma, but I think it has healed. It still scares me when someone else is driving, because when it happened I wasn’t the one behind the wheel. And then I have a fear because it’s not something I can control, it’s hard to trust someone else. It’s hard to get into the car with someone else behind the wheel, I’m afraid, I give directions. I escaped, luckily“, Aida told, according to Playtech News.
