The Turda Multifunctional Center proves its usefulness. Today there is a first event at that location.
It is about the Gratitude Gala organized by Banca pentru Alimente Cluj, an event now in its second edition.
The event will take place today, March 28, 2024, between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., at the Multifunctional Center in Turda Central Park and will bring together representatives of the 119 non-profit organizations in the region where Banca Pentru Alimente Cluj operates, respectively from Cluj, Sibiu, Bistrița-Năsăud and Alba counties. The purpose of the event is to thank them for their valuable contribution to the bank’s mission to support the needy in the community with food aid.
The Appreciation Gala will be an opportunity to celebrate success and reflect on the progress and impact we have made together. The event will include a series of special moments of awards but also moments of advice for the activity in the NGO environment (taxation, accounting), thus creating a real hub for development and support.
Last year the Gratitude Gala brought together 73 representatives of NGOs from all 4 counties.
“We are pleased to organize the second edition of this event to recognize and reward the valuable contribution of partner associations in the fight against food waste and poverty,” said Andreea Bobiș, executive vice president of Banca Pentru Alimente Cluj. “It is a valuable event to be able to create the environment in which associations can socialize with each other, exchange ideas and why not, help each other. Without their collaboration and dedication, we could not have achieved the good results and the significant impact we have had so far. We are grateful for their efforts to make a real difference in the community,” mentioned Gabriela Vereș, president of Banca Pentru Alimente Cluj.
