Mihai Dragnia and Balazs-Becsi Mate won the gold in the doubles event of the European Junior Bowling Championship, after a final in which they beat the Finns Jussi Laine and Markus Lahti.

“The gold in this event comes after the bronze obtained by Balazs-Becsi Máté in the men’s individual event, marking a very good evolution of Romania at this edition of the European Junior Championships. Next come the team trials”, says the National Sports Agency on its Facebook page.

The European Junior Championship takes place in Helsinki until April 1.

Romania participates with a team made up of Balazs-Becsi Mate, Mihai-Alin Dragnia, Radu-Gabriel Tufan and Adrian Bălos.
