ANAF is putting up for sale three new cars, including a Volvo XC90, manufactured in 2019. The auction takes place in Timisoara, on April 10, 2024.
In an announcement recently posted on the Facebook page, ANAF conveys that it will auction a VOLVO XC90 car from 2019, the starting price of the auction being 101,703 lei + VAT. There is also a Hyundai Grand Santa Fe from 2017 on the list, which starts from 64,089 lei + VAT The auction will also include a 2007 Chevrolet Aveo car, with a starting price of 4,855 lei + VAT

“DGRFP Timişoara through AJFP Timiş organizes on 10.04.2024.2024 at 14:00 in the town of Timişoara, str. Ghe. Lazar, no. 9 B, AMFITEATRU, the auction of the following movable assets owned by SC INDEPO LOGISTICS SRL, with tax domicile in Timişoara, Timis county, Vadu Călugăreni str., no. 20. How you can participate in the auction that will take place on April 10, 2024 in Timisoara
Those interested in buying the goods are invited to appear at the time of the sale at the place fixed for this purpose and to submit purchase offers until that time. To participate in the auction, bidders submit, at least one day before the auction date, the following documents:
- purchase offer;
- proof of the payment of the participation fee or the establishment of the guarantee in the form of a letter of guarantee, representing 10% of the starting price of the auction. The payment of the fee will be made to the account mentioned in the document attached to this article;
- the power of attorney of the person representing the bidder;
- for Romanian legal entities, a copy of the single registration certificate issued by the trade registry office;
- for foreign legal entities, the act of registration translated into Romanian;
- for Romanian natural persons, copy of the identity document;
- for foreign natural persons, copy of the identity card/passport;
the bidder’s self-responsible declaration certifying that he is not a person interposed with the debtor. The buyer has the obligation to comply with special legal provisions, such as environmental obligations, obligations to preserve national heritage or the like.
