Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has named the Bayern Munich striker as his top transfer target.

The announcement was made last summer, after Karim Benzema went to Arabia, to Al-Ittihad.

The one targeted was Harry Kane, the striker of Bayern Munich, who scored on the conveyor belt when he came to Germany.

According to the Spanish portal Relevo, Florentino Perez refused to approve the move, so Real turned to other targets.

Florentino Perez wanted the PSG striker, Kylian Mbappe, instead of the Englishman, being willing to let Madrid play without a new professional.

Perez is also pushing to sign the Frenchman this summer, out of contract, but Ancelotti has not given up his desire to bring in Kane.

Kane breaks the charts in Germany after being transferred from Tottenham for the sum of 95 million euros. The striker managed 42 goals and 13 assists in 42 games played and helped Thomas Tuchel’s team reach the semi-finals of the Champions League where they will face Real Madrid.
