For more than a week, behind the curtain, the representatives of the company Red&White 2022 Management SRL and Dorin Șerdean intensified the secret negotiations for the sale of the majority stake held by the Transylvanian businessman through the company Lotus. Red&White intends to buy a part of the package owned by “Peluza Cătălin Hîldan” Association. In this regard, fans of the DDB program were invited to vote in a poll posted at midnight.

At the beginning of February, Şerdean received an offer of 400,000 euros from “Red&White”, since then the discussions for initialing the agreement have been open and heated on the side of some points/requests in the contract proposed by the “potential investors”. Moreover, as mentioned in the survey in DDB, those from “Red&White” also want to buy 10% of APCH shares.
