The average price of apartments for sale in Cluj-Napoca in April 2024 was 2,594 euros/sqm, up by 28 euros/sqm compared to February 2024 (2,566 euros/sqm) and is 300 euros above the same period of last year (2,294 euros/sqm), according to Compariimobiliare.ro statistics. Among the areas preferred by those looking for a new home are the “satellite” Florești, where you can still find prices of 1,601 euros/sq m, Mănăștur – 2,305 euros/sq m and Mănăștur – 2,354 euros/sq m.

In terms of the number of rooms, those with two rooms are the most sought after (46% of all views), followed by those with 3 rooms – 39%, while homes with one room are accessed by 9% of customers, according to CompariImobiliare .ro.

And according to Imobiliare.ro, Cluj-Napoca continues to stand out significantly in terms of prices compared to the other big cities in Romania.
