The truth about Johnny Depp’s life, almost two years after the trial with Amber Heard: “There are no animosities!”

Johnny Depp, the 60-year-old actor, began a new chapter after winning the defamation lawsuit filed by Amber Heard, his ex-wife.

According to a source quoted by People journalists, Johnny Depp is “prioritizing his health and well-being”, almost two years after he won the defamation lawsuit.

“He’s making the most of this time in his life, it’s really good. He has good energy, surrounded himself with good, beautiful people“, the source revealed, according to People.

The source also stated that the 60-year-old actor is channeling all his energy to continue his life and has a busy schedule in London, a city that seems “home” to him.

“He turned to a quiet life, but full of music and painting“, said the respective source, adding: “He spends his time singing with friends or alone, when he is not focused on making a film.”

“He’s involved in a lot of activities, so he doesn’t have time to think about that dark time. He feels good about the life he has now, there’s no animosity towards anyone.”the respective source explained.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, a tough and highly publicized process

Johnny Depp emerged victorious from the trial with Amber Heard, even though the jurors came to the conclusion that the two Hollywood stars defamed each other through the media.

After about 13 hours of deliberations in a court near Washington, the jury ruled in favor of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star on all three counts of the defamation suit, awarding him $8 million in damages. Amber finally had to pay him a million.

Clearly, they unanimously believed that Amber Heard made false statements describing herself as a victim of domestic violence and that she acted with “malicious intent.”

Depp married Heard, whom he met on the set of the movie “The Rum Diary”, in 2015. After a year, the actress filed for divorce. Their tumultuous relationship was dissected in two trials.

Depp has lost a libel suit in the UK against the tabloid The Sun, which labeled him a “womanizer”. A judge at the High Court in London concluded that the actor repeatedly assaulted Heard. Shortly after, he was fired from the “Fantastic Beasts” franchise, a spin-off to the “Harry Potter” series.
