Comstar Vaslui won the title of champion in League 4 – Vremea noua for the first time

CHAMPIONS… Comstar Vaslui won the title of county champion for the first time, after defeating Sporting Banca, score 5-1 (2-1), in the 18th stage of League 4. Although there are still four stages to be played, Comstar is a mathematical champion.

The team coached by the couple Costinel Botez – Cătălin Grigore dominated this championship, having 16 victories from 18 games, two other games being tied. Clearly, Panait and the company were the best, and now all thoughts go to the promotion barrier in League 3, where they will duel with the future champion of Suceava county, most likely the Gura Humorului Falcons. In Sunday’s match at Banca, the Vaslui players were under expectations in the first 30 minutes, when Banca led 1-0, after the goal of top scorer Codreanu, and also missed a penalty, through Galiță. Vaslui’s reaction came immediately and prevailed with a difference of four goals, 5-1. Vali Joc, Mircea Horciu, Ciprian Petruț, Darius Crăciun and Fabian Popa scored, while Andrei Covăcel scored a penalty and provided four more assists.
