Ovidiu Cupșa, the candidate for Constanța City Hall from the AUR arrived in front of the BEM headquarters to officially submit his candidacy. Next to him are several supporters, including former deputy Laurenţiu Mironescu.

At the same time, the list for the Constanta Municipal Council is also opened by Ovidiu Cupșa.

“I applied for Constanta City Hall. It’s a day when a holiday week starts, it’s a Monday, I thought it was a good day to apply, but it’s also a new era for Constanta. I waited until recently to see what candidates the other parties come up with, but basically they show us that they want to take Constanța on the same path. The AUR team is the only viable one for the city, a team that will lead Constanța after a development program. Our vision is to change Constanta for the better. We need to develop programs to show that we respect the young and the elderly because Constanta has the lowest salaries in Romania. Our program is well thought out and I am sure you will choose a new path. We want to put Constanța on the world map”, declared Ovidiu Cupșa.

In other news, also today, he submitted his candidacy for the position of president at the Constanta County Council and Mohammad Murad.

“It is an important moment and I have many emotions. It’s my turn to help those who helped me. I don’t consider myself a successful man, I consider myself a man of value. I went around the county and saw forgotten towns. That’s what interests me, the smile of people, of children. We need a change. PNL and PSD have ruled the country for 30 years and the results are visible. We don’t see a smile on people’s faces. I think the time has come when we no longer have expectations from the same people dressed in different costumes,” said Mohammad Murad.
