On April 24 this year, at around 6:30 p.m., the police officers from the Ștefan cel Mare Rural Police Department, while exercising their duties, were alerted to the fact that, in the town of Boțești, a road accident, resulting only in material damage. Since he exuded alcoholic breath, he was tested with the breathalyzer, the result indicating a value of 0.47 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air. In the case, a criminal case was drawn up for the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol.
