A 39-year-old man from Ploiesti caused a road accident last night, after driving a motorcycle even though he did not have a license.

The man was driving a motorcycle on a communal road in Bucov, when he lost control over the direction of travel, falling on the road, both he and the passenger he was with.

The two arrived at the hospital to receive medical attention, at which point the doctors notified the police.

Following the checks, the police found that the man did not have the appropriate driver’s license to drive the motorcycle.

Also, the driver was tested with the breathalyzer, the result being negative.

“In the case, a criminal file was drawn up regarding the commission of the offenses of driving a vehicle with an improper driving license and causing bodily harm due to negligence,” the representatives of the IPJ Prahova sent.
