Decision no. 1 of 31.01.2024 of the general assembly of Dana Africana SRL brought several significant changes.
Associates Stoian Ana-Maria and Dan Augustine Thompson decided to introduce new lines of business, including specialized cleaning activities and labor supply and management services.
Here are the activity objects:
8122 – Specialized cleaning activities;
5320 – Other postal and courier activities;
7830 – Labor supply and management services;
7820 – Staff contracting activities, on a temporary basis;
4939 – Other land transport of passengers n.e.c
According to the document, it was also decided to change the main object of activity, as follows: the main field of activity will be: 812 – Cleaning activities, to which the CAEN group 8122 corresponds, and the main activity: CAEN class 8122 – Specialized cleaning activities.
Also, the company headquarters has changed, which will move to a new address in Bucharest, sector 3. These changes are in accordance with the provisions of the constitutive act, and its other provisions remain unchanged.
